City of Lebanon Recycling Center Serves residents from Laclede, Camden and Miller County

The City of Lebanon accepts household hazardous waste, heavy metals and yard debris.

Hours of Operation
Weekday Hours: 1:00-4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Weekend Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - one Saturday each month (call ahead to confirm)
Participation Requirements
A valid ID or utility billing may be required as proof of residency. Check in at the Public Works Warehouse Office to complete proper paperwork prior to unloading!


Household Hazardous Waste
Collection is free to residents of Laclede, Camden & Miller counties. Click HERE for a list of materials being accepted as HHW.
Note: Per the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, LATEX paint is no longer deemed a HHW. For this reason, Lebanon no longer accepts LATEX paint. Click HERE for advice on how to properly dispose of unwanted LATEX paint.
Lebanon NO LONGER accepts hazardous materials from 'for hire' businesses or corporations.

Heavy Metal Collection
Collection is free to residents of Laclede, Camden & Miller counties. Items accepted include (but are not limited to) appliances, lawn mowers, tire rims, motors, swing sets, trampoline frames and other items made of 100% heavy metal.

Brush & Yard Debris Collection
Collection is free to residents of Laclede, Camden & Miller counties.
  • Yard debris is vegetation consisting of: leaves, tree limbs, grass clippings, shrub trimmings, etc. No pre-treated lumber is accepted.
  • Bagged material must be removed by the resident. Please drop material in the appropriate designated areas and take the bags with you.
  • Only standard pickup trucks and/or small trailers hauled from  residential properties by property owner or tenants is free of charge!
