Specifically, this means facilitating partnerships with residents, businesses, civic organizations, and government; maintaining existing business, and building a stronger tax base with quality developments desired within the community; and promoting the City of Camdenton on a regional and national level to attract new businesses to the area.

The City of Camdenton is dedicated to development of the community and has adapted a "Smart Growth" philosophy, which recognizes the connection between promoting quality of life and business climate improvements.
