Owners residing in the City shall procure a license from the city for all dogs and cats over the age of six months. All licenses issued shall be effective from January 1st to December 31st of each year. License fees are $25 ($10 if spayed or neutered). Any license fees due and unpaid thirty days after it becomes due and payable shall be subject to a penalty in the same amount as the renewal fee. Replacement of a dog tag shall be $2.
